PUMP - This athletic-based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body; strengthening, toning and defining like nothing else can.

STEP CIRCUIT- Basic cardio training, step, endurance, and strength. 60 minute class designed to get your heart and body pumping.

PILATES MAT CLASS - This one hour mat class focuses on strengthening the "core" muscles of the abdominals and back with emphasis on improving postural alignment and flexibility. All levels welcome.

SPINNING is a 45 minute dynamic, high-intensity, low impact group class which uses specialized stationary bikes. The instructor guides you using music and voice. Emphasis is on cardiovascular training and endurance. The ride mimics actual biking techniques using components such as jumps, lifts, sprints and flats. Use of resistance or "gears" makes the "terrain" all the more challenging. Water is required!

SUPERSPIN is a 75 or 90 minute version of spinning. The length of the class allows for an expanded and more comprehensive use of biking skills. Class breaks at the 45 minute interval for quick recovery and water replenishment. The class uses a more extensive warm-up and cool-down period. Water is required!

STEP - This dynamic exercise program involves stepping up and down on a platform while simultaneously performing upper body strength training movements to music.

STEP & TONE is a high intensity step aerobics class with 45 minutes of stepping and 15 minutes of strength and tone exercises for upper and lower body and abs. Intermediate level, but beginners always welcome.

ZOOMBA is an aerobic workout to Latin dance music that will get your body moving and your heart pumping.
